Haereis is an ambient/psychedelic music project created by well known members of Sicilian Dark Wave, Ambient and also Metal scene (Gaetano Fontanazza, Tony Colina, Gandolfo Ferro), where the band members’ musical experiences blend in a unique oniric formula where improvisational sessions are the mean to explore the borders of senses through sound experimentation.
The result can be considered as belonging to the Cosmic Ambient and Psychedelic vein of bands such as Tangerine Dream, Ash Ra Tempel, Acid Mothers Temple with strong references to the most psychedelic essence of early Pink Floyd discography and of the Krautrock scene.
They create a sound that flows, spins, ricochets and soars up to the sky, to finally reach the centre of the universe. Ambient music for people who want to dream and have a mental trip.
